Gary Heskins
I am a qualified masseur, Reiki Healer, Reiki Master, Reflexologist and fitness instructor/personal trainer and have been doing this for many years. I have a family with two kids, aged 10 and 8, and have lived in and around Canterbury all my life.
I've had an interest in therapies for a long time and qualified as a masseur over 20 years ago and I really enjoy helping people to feel better. As I'm a mobile therapist, you don't even have to leave your own home for me to be able to help you.

Reflexology
A very calming and relaxing therapy where I will work on your feet, working gently on reflex points. Each reflex point relates to different parts of the body, including organs and glands. Reflexology will stimulate the body's energies helping to reset the body's natural energy flow and aid the body and mind in healing themselves.

Reiki
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It's a natural and gentle hands-on form of healing that helps to clear mental, physical, emotional and spiritual energy blockages. It will aid in re-aligning and re-balancing the body's energies whilst bringing a calmness to the body and mind.

Massages
Swedish, Deep Tissue or Sports Massage
Swedish is the most common type of massage and works on soft tissue and muscles, helping to ease aches and pains, relieve stress and bring calmness to body and mind.
A deep tissue is a harder level of pressure massage, getting deeper in to the muscles. It will help break up scar tissue resulting in quicker recovery from injury.
A sports massage may be more specific and target particular areas of injury or discomfort.
